The Ghanaian-American Politician, who broke Ethnic and Racial barries by becoming the first indigenous African to run for a higher public office in the history of America --- (since America gained her independence from Great Britain in 1776), and the first Ghanaian-American to run for Mayor of Los Angeles in 1993, said he thought about encouraging Ghanaian and African Movie Industries to come out with a movie, "The LAST EMPEROR OF GOLD COAST GHANA" when he heard about a popular movie entitled, "The Last King of Scotland".

"If the Last King of Scotland fits Africa's most ruthless former dictator, Idi Amin of Uganda, then former President, Jerry John Rawlings of Ghana, a [refined] "Look-Alike" of Idi Amin may find a character to play in "The LAST EMPEROR OF GOLD COAST GHANA !!!", noted the Politician.

The Charismatic Self-Proclaimed "Reincarnation of Ghana's first President, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah" and leader of Africa's first Continental Political Party, UHURU AFRICAN CONVENTION (UAC) - said the ball is now in the court of Ghana's Movie Industry and the Movie Industries of other African Nations such as Nigeria to make such a movie that could easily generate World interest - "The Last Emperor of Gold Coast's Ghana !!!".

The Pro-American Democracy and Peace activist with enviable Pan-Africanist Credentials, who has boldly called upon Ghana to pursue "Civilian Nuclear Power" for peaceful purpose, which he claims could produce "Peaceful Political Equilibrium" as well as "Balance of Racial Power !!!" with "Our White Brothers and Sisters" who already possess Nuclear Weapons" ---- the same Politician who has called upon Africa, especially Ghana to send the "First Ghanaian Man and Woman to the Moon" to contribute to the Word's Scientific and Technological advancements that could bring "Economic, Scientific and Technological Miracles" to alleviate the sufferings of the Nation and the Continent of Africa, still laments that his Excellency, President John Agyekum Kuffuor has (NEVER) given him any credit for his hardwork and contribution of Powerful ideas for the Nation's benefit - although the President and his men themselves enjoy taking [full] credit !!!.

"Once again, it is the Gospel Truth that "Osagyefo" Kwame (Appiah) Boateng, has been the "Brain Power of Powerful Ideas in Ghana !!!" --- some of the Monumental Ideas in Ghana which President Kuffuor's government has always taken full credit and has (never) given me any credit --- whether it is "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng's idea of "Importing South Africa's Model of Truth and Reconciliation Commission to Ghana"; the idea of building a "State of the Art" Presidential Palace in Ghana to attract Tourism like the White House, the idea of erecting Statutes for the Martyred Judges in Ghana, the idea of allowing Ghanaians living abroad to register to vote, which eventually culminated into "Ropa Law", the idea of granting "Dual Citizenship" to blacks in the Diaspora, the idea of re-inventing Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah's call for a Continental African Union Government of which Ghana's Postal Office's mailed letters in 2005 - (registration receipt number 00027 to the office of Libya's President and registration receipt number 00096 to the office of President Kuffuor" speak volumes, "Osagyefo" said.

It should be noted that when "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng filed a complaint against President John Agyekum Kuffuor's government with the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) - (Chraj's reference # 5515/2005/27) and with the office of Ghana's Attorney General, (as published on Ghanaweb on 29 June 2005) - in which he "Osagyefo" accused the ruling government of systematically stealing his ideas, the then Attorney General could not deny the legitimate claims of "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng, and according to the "People's Politician", the letter he received from the former Attorney General mentioned about "Copy Rights Laws in Ghana" and that he got an impression from the wording of the Attorney General's letter that "Ghana's Copy Rights Laws do not protect ideas !!!".

"Fellow Ghanaians and Africans, I invited the Legendary Nelson Mandela, Winnie Mandela, President John Agyekum Kuffuor, Libya's President, Muammar Qaddafi, etc, as far back in [2005], via registered letters to attend my abortive "African Positive Action Demonstration" or "Yaa Asantewaa Demonstration" --- to "Proclaim among other things, the formation of United African States (UAS), a Continental African Union Government and urge African Leaders to immediately form a ["Shadow Government"] under this Continental Union Government", and it should be noted that it was my idea that influenced President John Agyekum Kuffuor's government to eventually invite African Leaders to Ghana in [2007] to discuss about forming Africa's Continental Union Government, and in view of this Naked Truth, why is it that President Kuffuor's government officials cannot be bold and men enough to give me credit, since the President and his men themselves enjoy taking Credit ?, the Politician once again asked.

"Folks, through my ideas of "re-inventing" Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah's dream of a Continental African Union Government in [2005] - African Heads of States met in Accra, Ghana recently in [2007] to discuss about forming a Continental African Union Government, and it should be noted by all Ghanaians and Africans that President Kuffuor and most of these African Leaders had for a long time resigned themselves to the African Union (AU) Model, instead of the Continental African Union Government's Model, --- until I broke the ice and demanded Dr. Kwame Nkrumah's version of African Union Government.

Although under President Kuffuor's government, "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng was [not] granted permission by the Ashanti Regional Police Headquaters to proceed with his "Yaa Asantewaa Demonstration" or "Africa Positive Action Demonstration", which he had submitted the objectives of the abortive demonstrations on May 24, 2005, May 27, 2005 and June 11, 2005 respectively, the ruling government of His Excellency President Kuffuor nevertheless once again stole the Politician's ideas and broadcast it on (government controlled Radio Ghana), verbatim on June 14, 2005 .

"Osagyefo" had mentioned such stolen idea and other ideas in his complaint against President Kuffuor's government which was published in the Politics section of Ghanaweb.Com on 29th June 2005, and the Politician is publicly appealing to officials of Ghanaweb.Com to make the site of the publication of that particular news, captioned "Attorney General to respond to complaint", clearly and unambigiously available for readers when they click the story, to enable ["Ghanaian Doubting Thomases"] to do their own research and find the Gospel Truth !!!".

" Why is it that President Kuffuor and his government officials, especially, Hon. Kwadwo Mpiani who is among the "Secret Architects" of the unprecedented political injustices against "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng, "Kwame Mayor" cannot be bold and men enough to give me credit - since the President and his men themselves enjoy taking Credit ?, the Maverick Politician who basks in "People's Power" in Ghana and "International People's Power" from Ghanaian Communities around the World, as well as African -American / Black Communities asked sarcastically.

"Fellow Ghanaians, I have always told you that President Kuffuor's ruling government has always demonstrated extraordinary degree of callousness against "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng, "Kwame Mayor" and that the government's actions defy the Nature of Laws of the Creator and the Earthly Laws of Good Souls !!!.

" Are we therefore surprised that His Excellency President John Agyekum Kuffuor once accepted a position with the brutal Military PNDC regime of former President Jerry John Rawlings - after AFRC government, headed by the same Rawlings had unjustly executed the brave Okatakyie Akwasi Amankwa Afrifa, the brave Real Admiral Amedume, the brave Roger Felli, etc, etc, amid the cowardly murder of the brave Odartey Wellington in cold blood !!!", "Osagyefo" asked.

"Are we surprised that President John Agyekum Kuffuor accepted a position with Rawling's government - after innocent men and women of all Ethnic and Tribal groups, whether they were innocent Gas, innocent Asantes, innocent Ewes, innocent Kwahus, innocent Dagombas, innocent Akyems, innocent Fantis, innocent Sisalas, innocent Akuapems, innocent Frafras, etc, etc --- in a nutshell, (all) innocent Ethnic groups and tribes in Ghana were subjected into unprecedented brutalities, torture, murders and dis-appearances under Rawlings' former Military regime - a regime that witnessed our beautiful Ghanaian women or African women stripped naked, paraded through the streets and beaten mercilessly !!!.

"Osagyefo" who is pleading with His Excellency, President John Agyekum Kuffuor to voluntarily surrender himself to face "Traditional Court" which the Politician is pleading with Nananom, the Asanteman Council of Chiefs and the National House of Chiefs to set up, to probe those who accepted positions with Rawling's PNDC government - after Rawlings / Boakye Djan's AFRC had turned Ghana into a sea of bloodhed asked : ----

"Folks, are we surprised that President John Agyekum Kuffuor accepted a position with the brutal PNDC Military regime of former President Jerry John Rawlings - after the same Rawlings and Boakye Djan had presided over a more brutal AFRC Military regime and Rich Folks in the Country, such as "D.K.C" were severely beaten and paraded through the streets, and a Royal Prince, Nana Akwasi Agyemang was beaten mercilessly and paraded through the streets of Kumasi - (Ironically, Nana Agyemang himself accepted a position from the former Military Junta Leader).

" Although President Kuffuor is far better Democratic than former President Jerry John Rawlings who transformed himself from one of Africa's nightmarish dictators into a "Quasi-Democratic/Dictatorial Head of State", the truth is that Rawlings is more fair minded than President Kuffuor", noted the scholar and alumnus of the presitigious University of Southern California (USC) who says that he has not [yet] completed his Ph.D. work in Political Science at the prestigious Claremont Graduate University.
